Outstanding service: Patient of Dr. Dusty for over 12 years. She is professional yet friendly. More than once she has come thru under tight time lines. Had meetings out of town, hearing aid quite working two days before leaving. She contacted hearing aid co. worked with them to try to fix the problem. No go. Had to send it in. She gave me a replacement, tuned it to my needs and it worked for the week. Mine was there after I returned. Excellent customer service. Over time, Dr Dusty has answered my questions about new products available. She researched the products and clearly explained whether they would work be an improvement or not. No pressure to buy, just clear unbiased facts. Fantastic. Brenda has been helpful especially with a problem with fit which turned out to be ear wax issue. Took care of that problem immediately.
