TLB Operator Training

Our TLB Operator Course for South African Students. Our course is designed for students to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to operate a tractor-loaded backhoe (TLB) safely and efficiently.

A TLB is a versatile piece of heavy equipment that is commonly used in construction and mining operations. It is a combination between a tractor and backhoe. This allows it to perform a variety tasks, such as trenching, grading and digging.

Our instructors are experienced and have a wealth knowledge and experience of operating TLBs. Students will be given hands-on training using real-world situations to help them better understand the different aspects involved in operating a TLB.

The course covers a wide range of topics including:

Safety procedures and regulations
Basic mechanics and maintenance of TLBs
Different types of tasks require different operating techniques
How to read and interpret technical drawings
Basic troubleshooting & Problem-Solving
We also offer additional training on specific topics, such as working in confined space and with different types soil.

We know that safety is paramount when operating heavy equipment, and we take every precaution to ensure that all of our students are properly trained in safety procedures. They will also be trained in emergency procedures and emergency shut-off procedures.

We offer part-time and full-time classes to suit the schedules of students. We also offer practical training at the student's workplace or company.

Upon completion of the course, students will receive a certificate of completion that is recognized by employers in the construction and mining industries.
